At Konnect to the Konnection (K2K), we believe that transformative experiences are essential for the growth and development of our youth. That’s why our partnership with Kids Across America (KAA) is a cornerstone of our program, offering urban youth the chance to build strong foundations in faith, leadership, and community. Together with KAA, we are equipping young leaders who will impact their communities for generations.

K2K and KAA share a powerful mission: to empower urban youth by connecting them to transformative opportunities. KAA’s vision, “Transforming Urban Youth to Impact their Communities for Christ,” aligns seamlessly with K2K’s purpose of “Connecting One Source at a Time.” Through KAA’s engaging camps, we’re giving youth the tools to grow in their faith, discover their potential, and learn valuable life skills—all within a supportive, Christ-centered environment.
Mission
Every summer, K2K sends over 300 youth and over 10 adult volunteers from West Dallas to KAA. This immersive camp experience is more than just a week away—it’s an opportunity for our students and adult leaders to step away from their daily environments and truly focus on personal growth, leadership development, and spiritual enrichment.

At KAA, students from K2K engage in programs designed to develop character, resilience, and leadership skills. They are equipped to become positive influencers within their communities, mentors to their peers, and role models for younger generations.
Vision
K2K envisions a future where more youth and adult volunteers have the opportunity to attend Kids Across America (KAA) camp. This transformative experience fosters spiritual growth, leadership development, and a deeper sense of community. By immersing participants in an environment centered on faith, mentorship, and personal discovery, KAA equips youth with the tools to navigate life's challenges while inspiring adults to serve as impactful role models. K2K is committed to expanding this initiative, believing that these shared experiences will empower individuals to return to their communities as confident leaders, ready to create lasting, positive change.
